Here’s a Promise

…that I probably won’t keep.

I think I’m going to start blogging more. I’m very aware of the fact that hardly anyone even cares, but I care, and because I’m a selfish person, I’m going to do it anyway. My life isn’t very interesting right now, I know. I’m going through the social equivalent of the great depression, but I figure if I write about a few things every other day or so and couple them with some pictures, I can pull it off.

I think one of the reasons I haven’t been properly blogging (about what I’ve been doing) is that I don’t want to step on any toes. There are a few people who’ve read my blog in the past who I wouldn’t really like to share this stuff with… but here’s something that I’ve decided: I don’t care. I want to talk about what goes on in my life, and, eventually, I want people to comment back. I just have to find that network first.

Art Walk

In the distance (the coagulation of people and tents) is Art Walk. In my town, we all get together once a month and appreciate local art, live music, and creative childrens’ activities… I suppose that’s what normal people do, anyway. If you know me, you also know that I haven’t really got a clue what normal people do with their time. Art Walk, for me, is getting together with one of my good friends, and then running around the square barefoot trying to spot Mr. Hosbond, eating overpriced food and free popcorn, and stalking boys that we know.

Here’s something I’ve realized through out my life: Stalking boys is a LOT more fun than actually talking to them. You get to run around, hide behind buildings and trees, giggle, stand on eachother’s feet or elbow eachother’s ribs, and then pretend, when they pass, that you were doing something entirely different. Why would you want to have a conversation when you can do that?!

Oh, also, I got to do this:

AAAAAAAAAANG FIRE NATION BOW THING :D

And the kid I did it to (whom I don’t know very well) actually knew that I was doing!!

Well… I’m pretty sure he did. If he didn’t, he probably had a lengthy conversation with his girlfriend about how entirely weird that was. But I’m okay with that, because, quite honestly, I am entirely weird. If they went and had that conversation, I don’t think I would’ve wanted to befriend them, anyway.

I really do love Art Walk.

Art walks do rock. Too bad Humphrey crapped out in the bad light. And the hay ride wasn’t that bad! It was enjoyable, right?
And stalking is a highly underrated pastime. :D

MAYBE. Depends on if you refuse to wait in a line longer than 3 minutes.
